Scheduling Appointments

If your pet is in need of immediate care, we will do all we can to accommodate you during business hours. Emergency situations are a top priority and we appreciate your understanding if an emergency causes a delay in your scheduled appointment time.

Patient Arrival at Confederate Woods

To minimize any stress during the time of their visit we require that all dogs be leashed and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must also be in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

If Your Pet Requires Additional Care

Following the examination of your pet, the veterinarian and staff will prepare an estimate of the approximate cost of any services, procedures, tests, drugs, and supplies required to treat your pet. This fee estimate will reflect only the initial diagnostic and treatment plan and may change, based on your treatment decisions. Treatment of your pet is determined by your decision, with consideration of your own financial resources. You have the right to decline any or all treatment suggested by our staff for your pet.
